BODIES MUST BE CUT OUT AND RUN AS DESIGNED. IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO REMOVE ANY OF THE REAR WING AREA OR REAR KICK UP OF THE BODY. Wing must have the stock molded “peak” intact. This area where the peak of the wing “rounds over” and the body mold begins to descend vertically downward toward the base.”

1/12TH Modified will be Triple A Mains and the 2 largest classes will also be Triple A Mains.

SEDAN TIRES: SANDING, CUTTING OR GRINDING OF THE TIRES IS NOT ALLOW.. NO SANDING THE SIDE WALLS. GLUING OF THE SIDEWALL IS ALLOWED.

BATTERY VOLTAGE: 2S= 8.40. 1S= 4.20 All batteries must be charged in a lipo bag. 90 degrees max temp at tech.

SPEED CONTROLS: Only ROAR approved Speed Controls and ROAR approved Speed Controler software is allowed in all Stock and Spec Classes.

WGT-R MOTOR: Roar Approved 17.5.

1/12TH MASTERS 50+

Class is open to any racer over 50 years of age as of Nov 25 2021.

TIRES: Only CRC or BSR Blue Stripe or Purple Stripe tires are allowed. Racers can bring their own tires and do not need to be new.

Racers cannot compete in both 1/12th Stock and Masters

GT12 RUBBER TIRE:

Bodies: 1/12th GT Style bodies, no LMP style bodies Minimum body weight is 50G. if underweigth,extra weight must be added to the roof. body must be cut on cut lines, no slamming of the bodies.

Tires: SJT Rubber Tires only. $30 must be bought at event.

Gearing: Open.

MOTOR: Gravity RC USGT Spec Motor. You can bring your own to the event to get teched or you can pre purchase one for $60.

STOCK SEDAN MOTOR:

Bring your own Roar Legal 21.5 Motor. Motors will need to be submitted before qualifying to ensure they meet all Roar Specifications.

25.5 Sedan:

Bring your own Roar Legal 25.5 Motor. Motors will need to be submitted before qualifying to ensure they meet all Roar Specifications.

FRONT WHEEL DRIVE:

Vehicle must be a industry produced FWD Designed car. Industry produced FWD converion kits are allowed. No homemade chassis or 4wd Touring cars with rear drive eliminated allowed.

Approved body list: LIST IS SUBJECT TO ADDITIONS UP TO 30 DAYS BEFORE EVENT.

WINGS: MUST USE WINGS THAT ARE INCLUDED WITH BODY, NO AFTERMARKET OR OTHER WINGS ALLOWED

Front Wheel Drive Tour Car Rules.

Chassis - only purposely original manufactured FWD chassis allowed.
Body - 1:1 scale front wheel drive cars or race cars (ie. TCR series) that are replicas of production street cars.

a) No 4wd TC style race bodies allowed. (Ex Racer, DBX, Speed6, LTC-R, Mazda, etc)

b) Only bodies on approved list allowed.
Battery - any ROAR approved 2S lipo, max charged voltage 8.4
ESC - any ROAR approved ESC run in blinky mode
Body weight minimum - 80g. If weight needs to be added it must be added to the underside of cab

roof and cannot extend down more than 5mm.
Race ready trim minimum weight - 1250g
Motor - GRAVITY RC USGT SPEC 21.5 MOTOR
Ride height minimum - 5mm
Car width maximum including body - 195mm
Tires –Gravity treaded pre-mounted tire (Model #s - GRC124GTB, GRC124GTW, GRC123, GRC124
Grinding of tire tread or sidewall to soften or reduce tire diameter is NOT permitted. Only sanding or clipping of mold seam is allowed.
No overall body height from bottom of chassis to top of body. This allows you to mount the body as low as possible without it rubbing on the racing surface.
No modifications can be made to body other than wheel cutouts and lower skirt of the body as to prevent rubbing on the race surface.
Rear wing is optional. If run, only body supplied wing is allowed. If aftermarket wings are available only those on the approved list below are allowed.
No front wings allowed.
Vortex generators allowed. Can only be place above the rear window. Must be to scale. Final approval subject to event coordinator.
Esthetic treatments are allowed as long as they do not modify the basic shape of the body or alter the aerodynamics other than those mentioned in rules # 1-16. Example of additions: tail or side pipes, hood scoop, mirrors, lighting, door handles, etc.
